About This Training
The AAC Assessment Compass series is a four part, introductory course to teach professionals how to conduct the core elements of a comprehensive augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) assessment. This course is designed for beginning to intermediate professionals, including speech-language pathologists, behavior professionals with communication expertise, and educators. Participants can enroll for the entire series or on a class by class basis. All registered participants for the live course will have access to the course recordings for a limited time following the live class date. The learning objectives for each part of this four part course can be found on the AAC Compass Training Series page (https://www.aaccessible.org/aac-assessment-compass-training-ser). Participants who attend the full, four part training will achieve a total 0f 8 CMH's (2 hours per class). A class quiz will conclude each class in the series for those wanting a certificate of completion at the end of the series. Course participation includes full access to the course classroom with class materials, slides, and resources. All courses and classes are non-refundable. Participants who contact us within 48 hours of the class or course date are eligible to receive a credit to be used on a future course or class. Requests for cancellation received outside of the 48 hour time window will not be granted.
