PLAY FOR
EVERY BODY
Joyful, accessible play for children of all abilities

WHAT THE CAMPAIGN IS ABOUT
Play is the heartbeat of childhood — but for many children with disabilities, play isn’t always accessible. Our Play for Every Body campaign is about opening doors: adapting environments, rethinking routines, and equipping families and professionals with practical strategies. When we say Play for Every Body, we mean every child, every ability, every body.

why play matters
Play is not optional — it’s essential. Through play, children develop communication, motor skills, social-emotional growth, and joy. The United Nations even recognizes play as a fundamental right. Making play accessible is about dignity as much as development.

Barriers & accessibility
Children may face barriers in communication, motor access, sensory processing, vision, hearing, or social foundations that reduce meaningful play opportunities. Accessible play means identifying those barriers and reducing them through thoughtful adaptations — so every child can join in.
